Nice new hotel in a good location next to the red-line T-Station. Not a negative, but be aware that the rooms are not huge and they don't have great soundproofing for the heavy level of traffic outside, but they are very comfortable, spotless and beautifully designed. The air conditioning is one of the best I have ever experienced in a hotel (excellent cooling during a recent 40° heatwave). Checking in was quick and no-nonsense, and the 5-stars are because this hotel doesn't charge that awful "resort fee" extortion nonsense. Roof-top bar is exceptionally over-priced, which is disappointing, but worth a visit for the amazing Boston sky-line view. The restaurant served good food. Service isn't great in either venue.

Parking is rather expensive, $59 per night, but seemed like the only option. The rooms were rather small, but we weren't in them for most of the night as we were out exploring. Bummed the restaurant was closed. You'd think there would at least be a bar and somewhere to sit and eat within the restaurant. They have a very simple breakfast offered between 7-9am (toast, bagels, cream cheese, boiled eggs, juice boxes). Otherwise, great location, within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and the train entrance was right across the street. I would recommend staying here.

This hotel was a great choice for us. We had two rooms, one was a suite and one was a normal city view room. The only downside from that standpoint was that the suites do not have as good of a view of the trains (important to me) as the normal king bed rooms have. That aside, the room was very clean. Housekeeping came a couple of times during our visit and made the room up nicely. The only comment about the room that I would liked to have seen better is the lighting. The suite had weird lighting. The majority of the lighting came from floor lamps. There was only one (dim) builtin light in the hallway next to the bathroom. The switch on the wall next to the door wasn't working properly. It was just a bit strange. The floor lamps also had lightbulbs that were bright white and very sterile. I wouldve preferred a warm lighting to go with the lamps. The light above the door appeared to be broken or removed. The location was great if you plan to ride the T. Its a 4 min lyft ride to South Station and a 3-4 min walk to the Broadway Red Line station which is a big plus. There are a couple of restaurants and cafes nearby, which we went to a few times. Next time we come to Boston, I will definitely consider staying here again. It was a great stay and the staff was great. I would suggest the hotel look into better lighting solutions for the suites, but that would not stop me from coming back!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! This hotel is really stylish, clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I'd like to give a special shout out to Sunny who went above and beyond when we ran in to a bit of a booking snafu. He resolved it with patience and genuine care. I'd definitely stay here again for my next Boston visit!

Although the accommodation was located a bit away from the downtown area, it was very convenient for getting around since the subway and bus stops were right in front. It was very close to the Amtrak station, making it easy to travel to other cities. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was quite simple compared to the facilities, so I hope it can be improved even if it requires an additional fee.

Helpful courteous staff. Breakfast was included in our rate. It had broad healthy options which is what I look for. Room was kept hot and couldn’t get it cooled with thermostat so opened the window a bit.

Had a really nice stay at the Cambria. It’s a bit farther from the downtown area, but the prices are much more reasonable than many other Boston hotels, and getting around was still easy thanks to the hotel being right next to the Red Line subway station. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet — perfect after long days out. There isn’t a restaurant located directly in the hotel, which is a small downside, but it honestly wasn’t an issue thanks to how helpful the staff was with nearby food and dining recommendations. What stood out most was the front desk staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, even during what looked like very busy moments. Good customer service — especially under pressure — can be hard to come by and was truly appreciated. One of the associates, Sunny, went above and beyond by offering specific local dining recommendations and was even kind enough to personally bring extra towels directly to my room one evening. That level of thoughtfulness really made the stay feel warm and easy. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

It is a great place to stay. The hotel is modern, clean, and well designed, with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around the city and access public transportation. Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay, which made check-in and check-out smooth. The amenities and overall atmosphere feel upscale yet relaxed. I had a pleasant and comfortable experience and would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Boston.
